The Interrupters (2011, Documentary): 5/5 Awesome. Inspiring.

Hell and Back Again ( 2011, Documentary): 4.5/5 Oscar nominated doc follows Marine severely wounded in Afghanistan during his deployment and as he recovers back home.

Senna (2010, Documentary): 5/5 Wow. I knew nothing about Ayrton Senna or Formula 1 racing before watching this. What an extremely powerful and moving doc.

Tucker & Dale vs. Evil (2010, Horror): 4/5 Funny slasher/horror flick.

Highwater (2009, Documentary): 3/5 surfing doc has the feel of a Warren Miller movie, which isn’t a good thing. Still, some gorgeous footage of top surfers on N Shore worth the watch.

Rivers and Tides (2003, Documentary): 5/5 Absolutely mesmerizing doc about environmental sculptor Andy Goldsworthy. Powerful art and gorgeous cinematography.

Client 9: The Rise and Fall of Eliot Spitzer (2010, Documentary): 3/5 Rather depressing story about the dark side of politics and business.
